Looks tasty! I like rutabaga, but it's hard to find in the US for some reason.

It is known as one of those underutilized crops out there. In Sweden we import them from England, or we happen to have our own. Rutabaga actually goes well with pasta, believe it or not! I just dunno what I can do about the sweet sweet taste I often get. What is good to counter?

We grow them here, but they're still not easy to find. I can definitely imagine it going well with pasta. I don't really have much of a problem with the sweetness, but it can be made to work well with East African or jamaican curry.

Well, we have everything from boars to deers to some wild rabbits around where I live. Can't really remember what plant it is that we're protecting. But something it is.
