Tony/Steve and Tony’s baby James

Hi, I’m looking for a story I really hope hasn’t been deleted! Tony has a one night stand right before him and Steve get together. A few months later he finds out the woman is pregnant, she doesn’t want to be a mum but she asks Tony if he wants the baby. I’m pretty sure the baby’s name is James and at some point he gets sick and has a transfusion
