Do you know what's awesome about this thing? It takes a bunch of computer data AND TURNS IT INTO A REAL THING. Is there anything about that that isn't awesome? No! Nothing about it is less than totally awesome!

Now to start working on a plan to convince Andrea that it's a Good Idea (TM) to have one of these in the house...

Imagine turning Tom's sketches of our characters into real miniatures?! The possibilities are endless.

Cost is a little more than the "few hundred dollars" that you mentioned, although it's probably still less than one might spend on photography equipment/supplies per year.

And the nice thing about turning Tom's sketches into miniatures is that if I do it right, we could just keep updating our miniatures as we get new weapons etc... Or if we decide we don't like the poses, we could change those... :-)
