Well that didn't work

I posted a while back that I was going to change my workout routine. That plan... failed. Miserably.

So. New plan! As of Tuesday, I'm back to the weights, but I'm changing my workout time to ~10 am. I'm also going to try to talk one of my coworkers into going with me... We'll see how that turns out.

My target at the moment is 220, because I know from experience I can be in darn good shape at that weight. What's the timeline? Say... Easter dinner? :-)
