Barring interference from illness or some major life event, I will go to the gym every workday from now until Canada Day. Starting next week (or earlier if I get ambitious this week) I will take a healthy lunch to work every day.
I'm currently 261 pounds. By Canada Day, I want to be down to 250. I will, however, remember that the scale is a dirty liar and BMI is a vicious, cruel hoax, and I will not allow those things to worry me as long as I am actively working towards self-improvement. But if I do reach my goal, I will be appropriately happy.
