And yes...raw fruits, veggies, and good fats like olive oil and avocado are the way to go. Cooked food is dead food, always remember that. The body needs the right nutrition to shed pounds. I followed a Raw Food Diet for a little over a month and went from being 125 lbs. to 115 lbs. Good luck! Love, Anna.
