When going on an interview for a 'dream job,' who tells their interviewer that they haven't paid taxes? remember that she was a pick to please the conservative base who felt Jonh McCain was waaaaay too far left. The fact that you lefties didn't like her proves that she was the right choice. You wouldn't believe how many yard signs I saw that had "PALIN" in big letters with "McCain" underneath.

heh, I just saying the same thing to one of my coworkers. McCain would have lost much worse than he did if he hadn't have picked her; in the minds of many conservatives, McCain's military record and Sarah Palin were the only two things going for him.

I see. That's a good point.

I would have voted for McCain over the other Democratic presidential prospects if Obama were not the candidate.

But if it hadn't been Obama, Republicans would not have needed to pick Palin. They probably would have picked someone who had more experience.

So... again. Eh.

I'd like to know your thoughts on the healthcare reform 'discussion' going on.
