After a really terrible doctor's appointment (the only good part was that because it went so poorly, I never have to deal with that disdainful receptionist again), I drowned my sorrows and tireds in Captain American 2. Assume everything below is spoilery. Also included are some spoilers for Thor 2.

I am pissed about Sitwell because now I have to decide if his role in my fic has to be kept or pitched. It would provide some good angst, but there's plenty angst to be had, so I don't know if it needs it.
I also loved where they left Bucky. Because of the reasons you said and because it would have seemed fake to wrap it up super fast, and because FIC, and lots of time to write it.
And hell yes Sam. I liked his relationship with Steve from the very start. (I went with a friend who's not a fan but enjoys the movies, and she thought it started slow, while I'm just grooving on Steve living his life.)

I cannot wait for that reunion, especially with Nat and Clint! Given that it's unlikely JR or SJ or any of the other Avengers will guest-star on the show, it seems likely that would take place in Avengers II? But if he's in the data Nat uploaded, then they would know pretty much right now, as you said. But I really want the scene where Phil steps out of the dark corner and the entire team gasps!
So impatient to see how the movie syncs up with the show! It's been a long time since I've been this excited about a fandom!
Also, the Sam/Steve bromance had me at "on your right." And then the hospital scene sealed the deal.
-I feel for Hawekeye, who's not even present to get to react to events
Bring on the reaction fic! I have head-canon that Natasha explains things to a baffled and very put-out Clint, whose world has kinda fallen out from under him. And then sex and crime-fighting.

But yes! I want to see all of their faces! And for Tony to be really passively aggressively sarcastic in response, and for Nat and Clint to get over it only once they've beaten Coulson into the mats. (I want Nat to have already suspected it, too. Because her whole arc in this movie was about trust.)
