 Why oh why oh why is it that I think of all the fun things that I want to do when I am the absolute busiest ?

I've decided that I'm going to start a list of things that I want to do once I get some time. Oddly enough though, once I have the time, I never seem to want to do the things that I feel such a strong urge to do when I'm procrastinating.
