David Frum on Reddit

I've become increasingly impressed with David Frum, GWB's Canadian Axis of Evil speechwriter, of late. It's not that I agree with him increasingly, but he's such a breath of fresh air within the Republican party, the GOP ignores him at their peril (or, I certainly hope it's to their peril) He did (is doing?) an interesting Reddit AMA today (link) A

The Liberals have to get their act together (with new leadership and a clear message), otherwise the NDP could very well form the next gov't, even if that means a minority gov't. Still I don't think enough folks are that upset with Harper, despite everything. The economy is as good as it can be expected when looking south and/or east across the pond. And that's what seems to matter most. Environmental concerns are a major issue, but when it comes down to it we still like oil money. Few are willing to kick big oil out of Ottawa.
