Wizards and Witches in hiding

I have a wizarding family that needs to go into hiding. I know the Fidelius Charm is used to conceal a location, but they would need a Secret-Keeper. The problem is that they do not trust anyone enough to be their Secret-Keeper at the time they go into hiding.

Is there mention of any other methods of concealing a family's location?

It's only just struck me when reading this, but DH is actually contradictory when it comes to Fidelius (quite apart from the idea that all the people in the know become Secret-Keepers on the death of the original Secret-Keeper, which contradicts the website answer). Bill is the Secret-Keeper for Shell Cottage, and Arthur for Muriel's house, despite the fact that they live there. Presumably in that case James or Lily could have been their own Secret-Keeper, so sadly that sounds like a bit of a Flint

Thank you so much. I was thinking there must be some other methods of staying hidden. I just couldn't find them in the books.
