12 Uses of Dragon Blood

I'm re-reading the series and there's been mention three times just in the first book that Dumbledore discovered the 12 uses of dragon's blood, but so far, nothing on what those uses might actually be. In my head, I know that it isn't particularly important to the overall story, but there's a tiny voice (that sounds suspiciously like Emma Watson)

I don't think there's anything mentioned in canon. Hermione does seem to know what they are (Easter holidays in SS/PS: It was hard to relax with Hermione next to you reciting the twelve uses of dragon’s blood or practicing wand movements) but they aren't listed.

I wonder where the Lexicon got "oven cleaner"? I couldn't find that.

That quote was actually the last straw in my squeaking 'what are they?' before I wrote this post. I have a feeling they're never mentioned. The cleaner use was apparently from an interview with Rowling. Who knows how that came up, but there's a link from Dumbledore's entry. I think you're right that there isn't any more mention of it, but it seems weird that she would take the time to mention that there are 12 more than once and then not mention what they are.

I agree with esmestrella- I don't believe that the uses of dragon's blood are mentioned in canon. However, I advise you to check "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." I have a feeling that at least one use is listed there.
I bet that if JKR does write a HP Encyclopedia, she will include the twelve uses of dragon's blood there. My impression was that she knew the uses, but just didn't write what they all were in canon.

From a quick glance through FB, there's nothing regarding the uses of Dragon's Blood in the entry on Dragons, merely that it is magical.
