I have to agree....I mean...If you don't like it, don't see it. If the mere commercial annoys you, mute it, change the channel, whatever you have to do to not be offended. If the films aren't breaking any laws (actually torturing a person in real life to get "full realistic effects", for example), then there is no need to censor or ban them.
I don't personally like those kinds of films, but I don't find them offensive to my modest senses either. Some people out there find it thrilling and fun. The fact remains that I make the personal choice not to see those things because..well..they scare the shit out of me! LOL! We are responsible for ourselves in the end...
As for whether or not it's okay with me about torturing people who oppose me ok...I guess it would depend highly on my reasons...If it was for pure pleasure..no..prolly not ok. For revenge? Well...that's a different story..I mean...Payback is a bitch...

She is back in the acute facility in the ICU after her BP dropped scary low on Sunday night (around 11:30). The fucking Dr that called me made it sound like she was almost dead already, but she was awake and stable when I arrived. Hopefully they will figure out what is wrong with her this time before discharging her again.
I remember when my grandparents (either one of them) was in the hospital...It was such an up and down road and the doctors would do the same thing...Scare the shit out of you for no apparent reason...:P I really hope they get down to the bottom of it as well, for your emotional sake, if nothing else..:P
