Writer's Block: In the Shoes of an Extravagant Restaurant Owner

It would serve comfort foods, great fresh fruit and salads, both Veg and meat, cooked in seperate kichens. It would have comfortable booths with high backs so that each table was hugged, and felt seperate, noise woud be kept at a min, so that real conversation could take place. I would call it HOME.

Why would the veg and meat be cooked in seperate kitchens? And, the tables are hugged? :p

It makes the vegitarians happy, keeps thing seperate and clean, the tables are hugged by high back of the seating or walls, each would have its own decoration enviorment, almost like your own private space or room to dine. I have not thought this out to the inth degree:)

If you're going that far to make comfort foods, then you're going to have the people that say it's not true comfort foods if you don't cook the greens with pork in them! ;p

It's usually the vegans that' worry so much about going as far as not having food touch, and you'd really have to have a totally vegan restaurant to make it that "kosher". :)

Vegies with meat, will be cooked in the meat kitchen, as meat folk do not discriminate against others. Hay, design your own place, you keep trying to re-do mine!!:)
