Sweetheart, because all our transit and human resources are going to be taken up by the olympics... they estimate a high absentee rate, too. And in high density areas like downtown, they're going to commandeer a bunch of office space. Basically, it's going to be annoying and hectic, so f*ck it~~~~ is what most institutions are saying. Highschool doesn't have one, I think.
