I am actually pleasantly surprised by my brain's ability to behave itself this quarter. Such was not the case in o-chem, or calculus, or statistics, or, um... Well, okay, such was not the case in most classes.

I guess this quarter I'm often in smaller labs (ten students means the professor can see your faraway "mmmm, dildos" look), or lectures which either a) require furious note-taking and attention or b) are so soporific I pass clean out and can't even focus on smooching.

And, um, <3 to showered hobos!

It's just my molecular bio class especially... 6-8pm, in a huge lecture hall and the lights dimmed. I would go straight to sleep except I feel prudent to stay awake during lectures. Then the prof had to go on and talk about DNA bending, stretching and proteins inserting themselves into the grooves...

Smaller class size will definitely help too. I would feel more self-conscious about drawing porn in class.

I don't know how you people handle labs. Such a bitch... I am so happy when it's a 3 h lect and an open lab or none at all. XD And! Omg, 6-8 lect is horrible. I'm alive around 8, so very very alive, but it has nothing to do with school. Frankly, I'm amazed if I can last one hour w/o falling asleep. Don't worry about thinking inappropriate thoughts.
