I have a jar of solution that thins out India Ink, but I highly doubt that there's any way to get it completely out of something, especially cloth and especially an entire bottle's worth.

I can imagine that if it is possible, it's difficult as hell.

Is it completely dried? I never had trouble getting India Ink off my skin if I allow it to dry completely first.

Then again the ink I use also sucks donkey and I have to dilute it all the damn time or else my caliper pens get all clogged, but y'know.
