I was browsing some old entries of mine and found some of my first posts when Jeroen and I started doing fitness. It's nice to see how I've improved over the years.

I had a lot of fun there, and it looks like my previous martial arts experience will help a bit too. (It's not Rocio's cup of tea though, so I guess she'll keep doing fitness.)
