Name: Temeraire (or Lung Tien Xiang in Chinese)
Age: about 2.5 years
Height: freaking huge. I don't know he can pick up a rowboat with one hand? his smallest tooth is as long as a man's hand? he eats African elephants? elephant-sized dragons sleep on him?? HE IS A GIANT DRAGON.
Weight: TWENTY TONS
Eyes: blue and slit like a cat's
Medical Info: Is a very healthy dragon! Has several scars from battles.
Physical Appearance: GODDAMN FREAKING HUGE GIANT DRAGON. I really cannot emphasize enough how big he is. That said, he is black with dark blue dappled along the edges of his wings. He's a Celestial, which are notable for having five fingers, mustache-like tendrils, a fanlike ruff that raises and lowers along with his mood, and six-spined wings. Temeraire is always wearing a platinum breastplate with a large pearl surrounded by sapphires. There's a seperate and much smaller gold chain woven around the breastplate's chain.
What's Okay to Mention Around Him: No spoilers or mentioning that he's fictional. Anything else is fair game, especially if he freaks Laurence out when he repeats it 8D
Notes for the Psychics: Temeraire thinks like he talks, but there's a chance that you'll find him thinking in Chinese/French/Durzagh/German/whatever other language he's picked up recently. A good third of his thoughts will be about Laurence, with the rest being a mess of topics ranging from the war to mathematics to how that cow would be tasty with apples. It's all normal and tl;dr, but when he's upset he'll practice arguments and plans in his head.
Abilities: Everything you would associate with being a GIANT DRAGON. Remarkably fast and agile by dragon standards, and he can ~hover~. Has the "divine wind" which is a roar that produces a sonic blast. It can shatter stone, trees, will can cause serious internal damage or even kill to others. He is also mentally adept, and can learn a language near fluently in a matter of weeks and solve mathematical formulae in his head.
Can I shape shift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc? ask/ask/he probably won't notice/how do you step on a 20-ton dragon
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: GO FOR IT. but most of you won't be able to climb on him ftr. there aren't any handholds on a dragon the size of a ship :Maim/Murder/Death: n-noooo dying at all. he could handle a maiming, BUT ASK FIRST.
