No yikes! Yay fluff! X3 Wonderful hurt/comfort and fluff! **squee!** Romance stories don't usually put me on any kind of high, like friendship fics do, but this is so sweet and adorable!

I think perhaps what I like most other than the fluff of the hands scenes is Ran's feelings: tired and sad, instead of furious. But it's understandable, especially after the disaster they're trying to get through! And the comment of her not usually letting Shinichi's hands anywhere near her heart amuses me. XD
