Oh I know all about non-human people. I draw them all the time, lol. But you know, my cat is really the reason I started making art when it really comes down to it. I used to draw him all the time, and then I started imagining what he'd be like if he could talk ;p
I bet if we were surrounded by cats that only spoke their own language, eventually we'd figure out what they were saying. My cat seems to understand me perfectly now
Thank you. It's a male cat. I'm going to try to take him to the vet tomorrow so we can have some tests run on him. Getting a urine sample shouldn't be too hard because he likes to pee on the floor instead of in the pan ;p
I couldn't imagine if I had to give him insulin, though. I cry when I see needles, so I could scarcely give it to him :(
But he just walked up to me with a bunch of blood on his mouth because he picked his scab ad made himself bleed again -.-
I'm always wary of vaccines and drill the vet before he gets any injections. My great aunt's cat Tiger was 19, and he got a rabis shot, had a reaction, and died promptly :(
They don't get sick very often because both of my cats are indoor, and other people we know have indoor cats. Aren't many stray cats in the neighborhood. But you know how it is, I'm still worried for him -.-
Giving insulin is not bad. I had to learn last year- and I am phobic of needles. ;p You use a really small needle (it looks more like a syringe then a needle it's so small), tent the skin on the scruff of the neck, and inject it just under the skin.
:x! He already hates me for having to give him spills and squirt down his boo boos. I bet he'd really had it if I had to give him a needle in his back daily -.-; I hope it turns out to be nothing. I hope the vet goes "Oh all he needs is a diet change." Yanno?

Cats are non-human people.
Everyone who lives with cats understands, I think.
