Challenge 6
We're getting right on into the next challenge. Are you ready? Because this one is going to be insane!
As a model, sometimes, you will have to work with a partner. It is important to be able to share the frame with someone else, as well as worth together and make it look like you have chemistry. Even if you absolutely hate the person modeling beside you, you need to be able to fake it for the client. For your challenge this week, you'll have to do...
Doubles
For this challenge, you must work with someone else in order to create a photograph. But you won't be working with just anybody.. You'll be working with.. each other. Together, you'll be in charge of concept, clothing, pose, hair, makeup, location.. Everything. The only thing the judges will have control over is who you'll be paired up with.
We want you to think outside the box, and, most importantly, we want you to help each other! Because, what good as a model who makes all of the other people in the shot look bad? We want you both to shine in the frame.. Outshining the other girl in your picture is not a good thing this time around. However, outshining the other teams is your goal. The team that wins this challenge will get a special prize, just like last week!
I bet you're wondering how you're supposed to work together, though. That's simple! You can do it a myriad of ways...
-Leave messages for each other here, and discuss your shoot here, then put everything together by posting your pieces separately. (One of you will have to put them together in one picture, though, to be completed.)
-Use IMs. You can get each other's AIM, MSN or Yahoo here and communicate that way.
-You can start a thread in the Casa for the two of to work together if you don't want to leave it here.. (That way, if the judges want to be surprised by your work, all they have to do is steer clear of the Casa for a while. This is the method I recommend most if you don't have a messenger.)
-Or you can use e-mails back and forth.
We realize that this challenge will probably be harder because you'll have to wait on someone else, which is why we're giving you a little bit longer than usual to do it.
