Any kind of background is fine. Or, if you don't want to do a background, that's okay, too.

Forgot to really give any explanation:

The outfit represents Ava mostly because she is a clean-cut, simplistic sort of girl; dark and timeless colours complimented by her signature purple. The headband shows the touch of elegance and femininity in Ava's polygon style.

I recognize the base that you used for the top (because I've used it before, hee), but did you draw the rest of the dress by hand? I really like it!

Ah, no, I used a ready-made skirt for the bottom of the dress. ^^; The only hand-drawn thing here is the netting and the necklace. Nevertheless, thank you. :)

It looks like it's the long long skirt that was part of last year's Halloween collection, except I think she cropped it and took out all of the sparkles. Whatever it is, it looks really good! ^^ (WTG, Cati!)

Here's my entry. I think I might have fallen in love with it! lol. Well, the entire photo was based on the background...I just liked the background so much. Leona's dress is definately her...and I'm so happy how it turned out! Oh, not to forget the profile face...I did this head a while back, for Leona, but didn't think to use it until now! I think it still resembles her. (:
