You know this really wasn't very OOC at all, given how worried you were. Everything he did, every way he acted all made sense given his character's hang ups and the situation you portrayed. I knew I was gonna love this one. Oh, I'm also glad you included the damsel in distress complex, he's so paranoid but we love him anyway.

And yay for Ran POV.

Thank you!! So far, the feedback has been pretty positive. *is relieved* I actually got a very nice email from someone about it--makes my little heart beat with joy ^_^

And just for you, there will be mention of Ran's Hair of Shininess in an upcoming story. It worked its way in there, just to spite me, and then it wouldn't let go of the story. So it stayed there =P

The shininess! I swear it should gets its own fic considered the fandom mythology around it.

I'm just really glad you posted it! It was so good. It had angst and it was sad (two different things in my book) but it just wove together beautifully. Yay for you!
