So it seems that everyone I know is currently either following Death note or the D.Grayman anime. From the insane amount of fansub groups doing it, I guess the popularity is only gonna rise more. And here, I'm gonna be a bitch and moan about increased popularity=increased fanbrats ( Read more... )

What has happened to Sakurai Takahiro? Haven't been around for a while, didn't hear about anything. *worried*

I only found out about it a few days ago too, but apparently Sakurai's theatre group was involved with a plagarism scandal. Its still unsure whether Sakurai was involved with the actual plagarism (I say no!), but he has taken responsibility for it.
Because of that, he had to withdraw from all work, such as his radio show Cherry Bell, seiyuu events, magazine interviews and drama cds.
Luckily hes still allowed to continue with his current anime series, but I think hes not allowed to accept any new projects.
So yeh, I'll be missing him for a while -_-

Sadly, I don't think its real, I don't remember seeing it anywhere before.
Still, its a really good pic, and you never know with CLAMP.
