i mean, they've been throwing all these stats at me. like, 60% of the starts he's made for the giants, he's gotten two runs or less of support. his record with four runs of support is like 110-10 at this point. it's like, it's never been his fault. EXCEPT FOR HOW THIS IS CLEARLY WRONG. because everything is his fault! but, man. so encouraging. so dangerous for me.

i have been trying to write:

-a sherlock holmes fic about adultery
-a sherlock holmes fic about random handjobs and victorian era repression
-beane's side of 'revisionist history' (i know, i know, i swore i never would--you knew this to be a lie)
-the goddamn zito/lincecum cy young story that keeps poking at my brain
-this thing about how john lennon lost his mind sometime in 1965 and only paul noticed

but, all these i have thrown over for the moment because the writer's block has broken rather nicely at this point. i've written the first of a suite of four stories all taking place in hotel rooms. i am right back in it, kid.

i think a-rod is a fuckin' tool who everybody knows is a fuckin' tool, and we shouldn't expect anything but toolishness from him. also, braden probably blew it slightly out of proportion because of a-rod's admitted history as a tool. i just wish there had been a brawl (we woulda FUCKED them UP).

hahaha, 'did the government ever put a tax on them.' the better question of course being, how many times has the government put a tax on them.

it's up to $7 a pack at bodegas adn corner stores in the city, cartons sell for close to fifty. in new york city we've heard tell of $10 a pack--it's the future, we are all just waiting for it to come down.
