Hope Peter feels better. Does he have allergies? Also, I agree -- I never really thought that Sex in City was "about" anything when it was on TV; it was just to watch.

Of course it's understandable that you had a bit of a meltdown, you're HUMAN and it's all right to be that. The most screwed up kids I knew, next to the ones whose parents were just plain EVIL were the ones who grew up as the children of *perfect* people which is just as damaging in its own way.

I've gathered that the reviews are poor; I've only read one - by a man. (And I haven't seen the film). Who the hell sends a man to review what is so obviously a women's film? They wouldn't think it acceptable for a woman to review a male-pissing-contest movie by saying that there was too much testosterone in it and therefore it was a bad film.

I am really sorry that Peter has been ill and I hope he gets better very very soon.

And I am agreeing with the other comments that say not to feel to bad about breaking down a little. It just shows how much you do care and how much you are trying to do. *hugs you*

Oh and I am looking forward to seeing Sex and the City and it sounds like a fabulous night.
