Haha yeah, it's been a lot but in a good way. I am having a good time, for sure! Brad didn't come because he would not enjoy hanging out with my friends and family for two weeks straight. He's more of an introvert, so it's a lot of energy for him to hang out with people he doesn't know well, so it would be really hard for him to do that for so long with no time to himself to recharge.

It sounds like you're having a great time! I agree with above about you knowing a lot of people. A lot of great people, by the sound of things. :-) I still can't get over you finding pants for 97 cents!!!! I don't think I've ever seen any clothing item be that cheap!

Someone else on my fl lives in Toronto as well and her and her family had to be in a hotel for a couple of days because of lack of power. Craziness.

That could totally work too. :) I'm all for meeting lj friends wherever! And I do have another lj friend who's recently moved back to Colorado, too, so maybe that's more incentive for me to get out there someday! :)
