which included a Snoopy figure dressed up as the consulting detective himself

I believe I have that little figure around somewhere....

Odd odd that you've photographed the pink flower I saw smushed on the ground today (nowhere near a bush or tree that contained that flower, although there were 2 of them). Universe must have been telling me something ;)

That dog/unicorn/shield picture is poking at my memory as I'm sure I know something about that but can't remember what :\

Haha!

Clearly it was the exact same flower, making it's way from where I was in England to where you were in Oz...

A nearby road was called "Unicorn Road", which made me think of you (I even took a picture of it!)

I haven't had proper Thai food yet, just snacks and springrolls but it was very nice :)
The flower looked particularly pretty against the rough stone wall it was growing o!

my favorite Thai dishes that I've tried so far are the noodle dishes pad thai and pad see ew, or green curry on top of rice.

Unless you're getting a microwave vrsion in the store, though, I've found that any decent pad thai usually costs at least 6 American dollars.

"Pad see you" or "pad sea ewwwww!"? Hehe.

I kid, do you know what it in the dishes you've tried? )pad thai & pad see ew?)

$6 is dirt cheap if I could find anything for that price here! Meals at that festival were already much cheaper than in a restaurant but they started at £5 (for the smallest, most simple dish) which is $8+.
