• After being unsuccessful in grabbing free tickets to A Flea in her Ear at the Old Vic I finally managed to nab some earlier this week! Unfortunately it clashed with my plans of going to see I Am Number Four with Anneke (for which I also had free tickets) but since the theatre show is in its final weeks and the movie only in previews we eventually ( Read more... )

Thanks so much <3

It definitely had its enjoyable moments, but it was no Frankenstein (which was much better even with all its flaws!) ;)

Looking forward to some Tom Hollander on Saturday - I LOVE THAT MAN!! ♥ But first I have to survive Frankenstein if my heart can handle the whole Danny Boyle/fab cast/awesomeness XD

Yay for the work and I hope something else crops for you for afterwards. *hugs*

Good luck surviving Frankenstein!! I am sure you'll be alright though and I can not wait to hear what you think of it (and also the make-up! Because it looks so different on the recently released pictures than it did when I saw it last!).

Thank you <3

God I'm so curious about this show. I've not seen anything at the theatre in a while where I've avoided reviews, spoilers, even avoided looking at too many photos!

The National Theatre trailer video was enough for me *guh*

I will be at the NT at arse-o'clock tomorrow though. Eeeeeek!

Oh right, you have to day ticket don't you? Yikes, the press nights were earlier this week and because of all the good reviews I'm assuming it'll be even more awful day ticketing (especially on a Saturday!). Good luck!! And if all fails I know they have £5 standing tickets when it's sold out. It's back of the circle though, but hey it's better than nothing. And the production isn't very long (under 2 hours, no interval) so not too bad to stand I suppose.
