Ooh! I've always wanted to see that Rocky Horror statue but I've only quickly driven through Hamilton before.
Taupo is pretty but I have bad associations with it, lol - when my friend and I were hitchhiking we got dropped off right at the very north end of the town, and we walked all along the main road beside the lake with our thumbs out but didn't get picked up until we were far past the southern end of town. We were walking for HOURS in the sweltering summer heat with heavy packs but none of the many cars going past would pick us up.
Then finally when we did get a ride they dropped us in some strange nowhere place further south on the lake shore and we had to sleep on the ground in a pine forest. I don't advise it! So many sandflies biting us.
We got another ride about 6am from a businessman in a fancy car though and drove through the Desert Road and past the mountains watching the sun rise... that almost made it worth it.
Oh yeah it was, like the one in Wellington, lol talk about bad luck. Even so, it was a tiny place so not a lot of space for exhibitions anyway.
Awww thanks <3 They finally announced info for the Heroes panel btw and the only regulars to be there are Adrian, Zach, Jack and Masi o.O The rest are all guest stars from the upcoming volume, dnw!
I sometimes pay good attention in museums! When I try to be all ~cultural~ lol

The post card art exhibit looks amazing--I would love to hang one of those up in my room; old art is great :)
What is a plane doing by Mcdonalds! If my boyfriend ever saw that (he's a plane nut) he'd demand we travel to see it asap.
