They all all seeing the North as a boom town. As a territory and without resource revenue Ottawa is the one who gets the benefits of the diamond mines and future oil pipeline.
Did anyone blink when the Americans opened up a virtual consulate for the North. Still, living north of 60 I would like to remain Canadian and welcome the intention.
