Walking, Eating, Clothes

Wow, what a difference today! It is still chilly and windy but the rain is gone and the sun is nice and bright. Good thing it is since I took a walk today. Actually two. Chris and I took the girls on a brisk 15 minute walk in the neighbourhood since he got home more than an hour early for lunch. Then towards the end of his lunch I walked to ( Read more... )

I used to get sick from not eating when I was pregnant. It's like the stomach acid just kinda kept turning on itself. It's weird how different things are when you are pregnant. I had snacks stashed everywhere lol!
Glad you're feeling better!

Thanks! I'm not big on snacking these days, nothing appeals to me. I try to eat but I'm just at a loss for what to eat.

This is kind of trashy and silly, haha, but if you don't want to tuck in the flaps, you could always get a pony tail holder and put it through the loop and around the actual part that goes IN the loop hole. Just in case you didn't want 2 little folded in buldges from your pants! It works!

LOL, when someone asks me that on the phone, I ask the same thing back!

Would it be bad if I left my tree up all year round again? lol

Sarah told me that I NEED to get a bella band. She loves hers and even wore it post-partum. It is just a band that covers the fact that your pants aren't done up and it just looks like the bottom of a tank top or many typical mat. pants.

I haven't gone shopping yet, I got hand-me-downs from Dawn and a teacher I work with, but my LAST pair of pants that fit me before the break from school, no longer do. And if I DID have the bella band, I could still be wearing them to work.

I'm amazed at well my body tells me what it needs, which is mostly sleep and food and I think I walked too far the other day because I had some pain in the crease between my lower stomach and my legs. I have since taken a couple of days off. But since being pregnant, I do everything in slow-mo now - I'm not letting anything stress or rush me now.

Oh, I have 2 of those. they're not bad but tend to ride around after having one on for a couple hours especially if I'm up and down a lot.

I have lots of maternity tops, on pair of maternity pants, plus my winter coat is maternity. I'm trying to hold off on jeans though.

Ya, I am much better if I pay attention. My body lets me know when I've messed up. It loves prenatal yoga though, I recommend it!

Exercise balls are awesome. :) A lot of women use them during the birthing process as well; opens the hips better than lying on your back.

Argh, I hate that! You called *ME*! This is *MY* phone! I will ask the questions, thank you very much!
