But yes, even then. Because what the Red Queen is doing is not Martha Kent. Martha would not contact J'onn behind Clark's back (and btw, how does she even know who J'onn is?) and use him thinking Clark wouldn't notice/care/get involved anyway. Martha would not be allowing Checkmate to even exist if she has this kind of power, because they go around willy-nilly killing and kidnapping people. Martha would not be using thugs to force Maxwell Lord at gunpoint into her limousine.
Lastly, there's no way they can get me to believe that Martha has this kind of power. She got fired in Infamous when Clark came clean, less than a year ago, and now I'm supposed to buy that she's somehow managed to infiltrate and outsmart a secret government agency that she wouldn't even know about given that she's been a US Senator for all of two and a half years? Not going to happen.
