I hate doing garages sales. For the amount of work they are you never recoup enough money. Plus, I hated dealing with those people that object to prices. They think they own the market cause they know you're in a situation where you're stuck with a bunch of shit you have to get rid of.

Kudos for you and putting up with a task that no one wants to do.
