Between getting snarky in Ethics and making up with Jamie yesterday, Aeryn's oddly okay. However, that didn't mean she was very talkative yesterday.

She's up early today, doing dishes early as quietly as possible.

John is not out of bed especially because he has no classes today so he'd planned on sleeping in. Of course, the other part of that plan is now out of bed and he's left mumbling and squirming around on the bed.

Aeryn turns off the water and finishes putting the dishes out to dry, coming back out of the kitchen. "Hi," she says quietly.

"Why're you up so early?" John asks in lieu of a greeting.

"I just am," she says, taking a seat on her side of the bed. "I didn't mean to wake you."
