Friday was busier than Aeryn had anticipated somehow, with people coming in from out of town, followed by the rehearsal at the hotel where the ceremony and reception would take place. And personally, she had no idea how anyone remembered how all of this sort of thing went, and she thought it was kind of stupid how much emphasis was put on something ( Read more... )

John pulled open the door and wandered inside, making sure the people knew they'd have a large group and kind of made it less aggravating by telling them he was getting married and making puppy dog eyes.

So, John's at the entrance, waiting for others to arrive because he's a good almost groom. And he missed his friends.

Habit of a lifetime it was that had George fading into shadows, watching the festivities around him. If his eyes happened to follow a red-headed knight, well that was understandable.

Squirrels were certainly not invited to dinners. And crashing one would just be rude.

So there was absolutely no way there was a wee drunken squirrel weaving its way towards the door.

Because the entire idea is just ridiculous.

YAY WEDDING WEEKEND.
