I like both part of arts, the practical as well as the theoretical, so I must say that I enjoyed this read very much!
The first part made me think of gifs in an instant..

And the whole Disney part. Wow. I never thought about the background of all the comics I enjoyed as a kid and still do until today,...

Bankruptcy, all sorts of troubles, personal issues, East coast - West coast conflict/rivals...
