There was quite a bit of content in your app, but not much substance. I couldn't really figure out the direction it was going to, and nothing grabbed me or stood out in it. The app starts off solidly enough, then starts jumping around with the second paragraph and onward, that it was hard for me to focus on what it was built on.

You sure can. Mostly, the Lucy part of the app seemed very ... 'I did this, then that, then this happened. Then I did this.' My experience of Lucy in the manga has always been that she was more quiet and action-oriented- so the fact that it was about 3/4 Lucy and 1/4 Nyuu kind of worked against you here- Nyuu is probably more the talking type. I-if that makes sense?
