You are mistaken.

There is no creature who is able to be more cruel than a human. [because there is nothing more painful than a broken promise, or waiting on a broken promise]

Is that so? [chuckles] I would have said that witches, humans, gods, and whatever other intelligent creatures there might be in camp are equally capable of cruelty, given the right situation. The only difference is when and how and why.

... Didn't you know? Even though they are all capable of harming others... Ufufu. A humans cruelty is the most painful because they are capable of bringing others far more pain than any kind of demon, god, or witch.

You are still young if you have yet to realize that much.

What type of pain is unique to humans?

... A witch never betrays their word, see? It is in our nature to lie, but we shall not break our promises. However, humans are far different. There is no human in existence who has not lied, nor deceived another in a manner that witches cannot. ... Fufufu. Even a demon is more trustworthy than a human.
