The distraction turns out to be a line of zombies carrying multiple suitcases, bird cages, boxes of old magazines and a chaise lounge inside said barn while a young woman in a white suit supervises

I didn't mean to overplay the severity of the situation. I do have a lot of faith in you. From what I can tell, you are a remarkable young woman with truly respectable ideals.

Most of the reason why I believe that is ... because I wanna believe it myself, you know? I've still got my friends back home, but it's complicated, so I figure if I can help and make people believe it here ...

That is a good enough reason to believe in something. I didn't always feel as I do, but now there are vampires I care a great deal for and those that I have lost, and so I feel it would be so much better if everyone could get along peacefully.

Oh, not at all. I think it is quite noble. After all, you don't want others to suffer as you have suffered and you are taking action that should benefit many people.

Well, when you're been in my position as long as I have it's much easier to see things from this perspective.

Well, let's see, I've been the public face of the Hunters Association for a year now but I've been dealing with the delicate relationships between hunters, vampires and regular humans for several years. I finally managed to negotiate with all parties to allow for my Night Class for vampires at Cross Academy four or five years ago.
