I have not, though perhaps my baseline of strange is different than yours. I can't think of a reason anyone in charge of this place would want to give you access to such a powerful weapon, unless they feel you're likely to add to the chaos it seems the Director enjoys here.

Eh ... time here's taught me that the director isn't all the things she might seem. So I'm not sure what she'd want out of bringing my Asher here. But then again, you still can never tell what she wants out of us.

It just makes me wonder even more what the real purpose of this place could be.
