ITP: Truth or consequence

Sep 11, 2010 01:31

[Aaah, deep, dark secrets. Don't we all have them? Or maybe we're just too stubborn or afraid to admit something to someone. It's a good thing we're not usually forced to reveal the truth all the time, right?

Usually, at least. Unfortunately, today isn't one of those days. Once you've started a conversation with someone, any attempt to lie to them gains you an animal trait. You might be okay with the bunny ears at first, but things might get a bit more uncomfortable once your legs are replaced with chicken feet or you begin to make a hissing sound after every other word. This animal trait will only disappear once you tell a truth to counter the lie.

So how long can you keep hiding the truth before you've completely turned into something not quite yourself?]

[ooc; Truth post with a twist? Parties can have only one or both people affected, or however that goes. Indirect answers like "who knows?" or "ask whatshisface instead" may or may not get an animal trait; it's all up to player's discretion. One truth only removes one animal trait, so if you have multiple animal traits then you'd better get to being honest before you turn entirely into an animal. Non-humans can turn into humans instead, or.. jell-o or some other random thing idk imagination!

EDIT: ALSO FORGOT TO SAY not running this post because I am headed to bed sob but go tag people, etc! I might tag with either of my characters anyway when I wake up though? :>]
