And whatever semblance of peace and quiet is shattered by the musical styling of three men in plastic suits oni who are blowing on a trumpet, strumming a guitar and... the last one is beating on things with drum sticks, it's cool, I promise.
In fact, one would say that they are "rocking out" during the early morning hours.
