Hi. Zuko here. I know other people have been talking about the weird things that have been happening lately, and, well, I still don't know a lot about that. I really don't have a lot of experience with the supernatural, unless picking up giant mysterious gemstones inside of ancient temples counts, in which case, uh... don't. Oh, and I've read Twilight.
Anyway... what I wanted to say was that October's coming up. And that's bad. No offense to anyone who likes crisp fall weather, or... I don't know, pumpkins? Or if your birthday's in October. But weird things happen this time of year. And by weird I mean dangerous. You could die. So, it would be best for everyone to try not to.
Die, I mean.
I don't really know what to tell you to expect, because it's been different every year, and camp doesn't like to make anything easy. What I can tell you is that it's always better to team up. So, on that note--
Much of American slang is derived from English slang words. Not surprisingly. 'Buddy', for instance. From the mining industry, when your Butty was your partner, with whom you worked 'butt to butt' in order to maximise leverage and productivity.
--well, that's... not really what I meant to say, but... uh. I think you get the idea. Traveling in pairs. Or more, if possible. So, try to find a buddy. Or a partner. Or whatever you want to call it. Oh, and it's probably better if they like you.
So anyway... mingle?
