[Today, in the center of camp, there is a man. Which would probably be rather unremarkable except for two things.
One, he looks very much like one Basch fon Ronsenburg.
And two, he is chained to a post, much like you'd tie up a dog before going into a store. He doesn't seem pleased by the fact, either.
Oh, and there's also a sign nearby. It reads as follows:

Clearly this means you should come bother him.]
