[Once upon a time, in a strange German story that was never finished, lived eight phases of a thing called the “cursed wave”. They terrorized the world and sewed destruction in their wake and Magus, the third little phase, had an ability unlike the others.
And also, Once upon a time there was a dark beast called AIDA, who hunted the minds and hearts of people. It came upon a man, and over three days it talked him into some ideas he felt he needed to express. And so, taking the form of his Magus, he perched himself on the top of the Caves of Despair, and let one black drop float up into the heavens.
And from there a new wave poured out, spread, and then dove down into the forest, dispersing to look for others, so that they might hear AIDA’s wisdom.]
