-Right, then! I'm Toshiko and this is Ianto; we're new counselors here. I'm told my job is to attempt to fix the laptops you were all assigned, so if you could describe some of the stranger things your laptop has done, I can begin to formulate a plan of action!
So, may I please see the next person in line?
