I haven't tried it myself, but some folks like it a lot! Kinda' depends on your personal tastes.

No idea what a Maou is, but I guess the Director's in charge of the barrier. Nobody really knows what powers it, far as I've heard!

Maybe there's one around here, I know we got a few demons, but don't think he's got any sorta' rank. And I've never heard of a maou where I'm from!

The monsters I've met here haven't even been all that impressive.

There's a demon with weird hair who calls himself an overlord, if that counts.

The zombies you mean? If you want a good fight, go for one of the stronger campers.
