[It is a lovely summer afternoon at Camp Fuck You Die. The toucans are waging war against the goats, the gorillas are tasering themselves, and the zombies are taking nice, uncomfy dirt naps. Oh, and bubbles fill the air like only bubbles can. Pretty~~
And in a nice, big clearing there stands a large variety of balloon-adorned booths, just waiting to be visited. There is also music. Awesome music. This setting description rocks and that, of course, means one thing: It is ~festival time!~]
Everyone, your attention please!~ Lelouch and I are happy to announce that the bubbliest of bubbly festivals is about to begin~~~

Please make your way to the booths as carefully as possible so that the festival may commence. And try not to knock anything over.
((OOC: Okay! Anybody who wants to set up an attraction is completely free to do so; just start a thread for whatever it is you want to run, pop a description in the subject line, and we'll assume that Lelouch or Milly cleared it already. No limits!
If you want to assume your character is otherwise involved in the planning/operation of the festival, that's cool too. Take credit for a wacky display, or take initiative in guiding campers from attraction to attraction.
If you'd like your stubborn character to be non-conned into participating, feel free to poke me on IRC or through an ((OOC)) comment, and I can have Milly prod them into booth operation, crazy costumes, clean-up duty, whatever!
Finally, general interaction threads are A++ fabulous as well. JUST HAVE FUN, DO WHATEVER, IT'S COOL.))
